One of Samoa's most famous tattoo artists 1950 - 1999.

He was traveling all around the world and represented the best of the Samoan tradition at several tattoo conventions. Among other places, he was several times in Malmö, Sweden. He was incredibly well liked and did a lot to spread the understanding of tattooing among people. He will be missed.
